Shipping Policy
Every Daimora Diamond order is insured, tracked and hand-checked before it leaves our Delhi workshop. This page explains how we pack, dispatch and deliver your jewellery.
Free Shipping Across India
We offer complimentary insured shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase value. The shipping cost shown at checkout will always be zero.
Order Processing Time
- Ready-to-ship pieces: dispatched within 2–3 working days of order confirmation.
- Made-to-order and custom sizing: 7–12 working days, as each piece is crafted and certified individually.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timelines
- Delhi NCR: 1–2 working days after dispatch
- Metro cities: 2–4 working days after dispatch
- Rest of India: 4–7 working days after dispatch
You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your parcel is handed to our courier partner.
Packaging & Insurance
All jewellery is shipped in tamper-evident, discreet packaging with no external branding that identifies the contents as jewellery. Every shipment is fully insured for its invoice value until it reaches you.
Delivery & Identification
For your protection, our courier partners require a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery. We recommend recording an unboxing video — it makes any damage or tampering claim much faster to resolve.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. Please keep the exact amount ready, as our delivery partners may not carry change.
Undelivered & Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered after three attempts, or because the address was incomplete, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Re-dispatch charges may apply in such cases.
International Orders
We currently ship within India only. For international enquiries, please write to us and we will do our best to assist.
