These terms govern your use of daimoradiamond.com and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Products, Certification & Descriptions

All diamond jewellery sold by us is certified by IGI or DGLA, and the certificate accompanies your order. Gold purity (9KT, 14KT or 18KT) and diamond weight, colour and clarity are stated on each product page and on your invoice.

Product photographs are taken as accurately as possible. Because diamonds are natural stones and screens vary, minor differences in colour, brilliance and finish between the photograph and the delivered piece are normal and are not considered defects.

3. Weight & Size Tolerance

Handcrafted jewellery carries a small manufacturing tolerance. Gold weight may vary by up to ±5% and dimensions by up to ±0.5mm from the values listed. Final billing is based on the actual weight of the piece delivered.

4. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Because gold and diamond rates fluctuate, prices on the website may change without prior notice. The price confirmed in your order confirmation is the price that applies to your order.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We confirm it by email once payment is verified. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, failed payment verification, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. Ownership of the goods passes to you only once payment has been received in full.

7. Delivery

Delivery timelines and shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Care & Warranty

We warrant our jewellery against manufacturing defects for 6 months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage from ordinary wear and tear, accidents, chemical exposure, improper storage, or repairs and alterations carried out by anyone other than Daimora Diamond.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, text and other content on this website belong to Daimora Diamond and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies.
