Exchange & Buy Back Policy

A Daimora Diamond piece is meant to stay with you — and to stay valuable. This policy explains how you can exchange or sell back your jewellery to us.

Lifetime Exchange

You may exchange any Daimora Diamond piece against a new purchase at any time, provided the item is in good condition and comes with its original invoice and IGI / DGLA certificate.

  • Within 30 days of purchase: exchange at 100% of the invoice value
  • After 30 days: exchange at 100% of the current gold value plus 90% of the diamond value, as per the invoice
  • The new piece must be of equal or higher value; any difference is payable at the time of exchange

Buy Back

If you wish to sell a piece back to us rather than exchange it, we buy back Daimora Diamond jewellery as follows:

  • Gold: at the prevailing market rate on the day of the transaction, based on the net gold weight stated on your invoice
  • Diamonds: at 80% of the diamond value stated on your original invoice
  • Making charges and applicable taxes are not refundable in a buy back

What You Need to Bring

  • The original Daimora Diamond invoice
  • The original IGI / DGLA diamond certificate
  • A valid government-issued photo ID

Without the original certificate, the piece can be evaluated but will be assessed at a lower value.

Condition & Valuation

Every piece is weighed and inspected by our team before a final value is confirmed. Deductions may apply for missing stones, damage or unauthorised repairs carried out elsewhere. We will always share the valuation with you before proceeding.

Payment

Buy back amounts are settled by bank transfer within 5–7 working days of the piece being received and verified. We do not settle buy backs in cash.

Not Covered

  • Jewellery not purchased from Daimora Diamond
  • Pieces without a traceable Daimora invoice
  • Items that have been melted, re-set or substantially altered
